FAQ

Q: What is included in the Walnut Climber Set, and what makes it special?
A: This luxury play gym includes the main climbing frame, a double-sided slide, a wooden swing, and wooden gymnastics rings (assembled size: 120 x 110 x 110 cm). What sets it apart is the material: it is beautifully crafted from premium American Black Walnut and solid beechwood. This not only makes it incredibly durable but also turns it into a stunning, high-end piece of furniture that perfectly complements modern home decor.

Q: What is the maximum weight limit, and can multiple children play at once?
A: Yes, it is built for cooperative play! The incredibly strong walnut and beechwood main frame has a massive maximum weight capacity of 200kg (440 lbs). It can safely support 3 to 4 children (aged 1 to 7 years) climbing and exploring at the same time. Note that the included wooden swing has a dedicated weight limit of 50kg (110 lbs).

Q: Can this premium walnut climbing frame be used outdoors?
A: While it is primarily designed as an exquisite indoor gym, it can be temporarily used outdoors. However, to protect the premium American Walnut from moisture and weather damage, you must place a protective mat underneath to isolate it from the ground, and always use a waterproof rain cover whenever it is left outside.

Q: What is your return policy and warranty for this climbing set?
A: We gladly accept "any reason" returns within 14 days of receipt for unused items in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have up to 45 days to claim a free replacement.
