Warranty and Guarantee

AVDAR products sold on avdar.co come with a warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of two years from the purchase date. This warranty is valid only when the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.

If you received a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, including those issues caused during delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy for guidance.

The warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from the following circumstances:

  • Accidental damage
  • Negligence
  • Improper use or unusual handling
  • Insufficient storage
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Commercial use
  • Exposure to excessive heat
  • Exposure to excessive moisture
  • Surface blemishes from shipping
  • Use of abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals
  • Theft 

Based on the type of damage or defect, we will provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement parts
  • A new product

To make a claim, please reach out to us at sales@avdar.co with your order number, and we will help you through the process. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • The specific part numbers for replacement (refer to assembly instructions if necessary)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect, ensuring the affected parts are clearly visible

Keep in mind that for international orders, standard international shipping fees will apply to replacement parts covered under warranty. Please note wood is a natural material, so variations in grain, color, knots, or texture are normal and enhance the uniqueness of our handcrafted products, signifying quality rather than defects.
