How long does an order take to arrive?

Shipping dates vary based on the country and shipping method selected during checkout.

We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

 Where do I direct questions comments or issues?

 Do your products have safety certifications?

Yes, our products comply with international safety standards and have passed ASTM and CE certification. They undergo comprehensive testing for harmful components, resistance, sharp edges, choking hazards, and many other safety criteria.

 How do I care for and clean AVDAR toys?

To clean AVDAR toys, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the toys in water, as this can damage the wood and finish.

 Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
  • Afterpay (Buy now, pay later option)

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
