FAQ

Q: Does the Avdar Play Tent come with the wooden frame, and what can I use it with?
A: No, the wooden frame is not included. This product includes only the premium polyester tent cover. It cannot be used as a standalone tent and is specifically designed to be paired with an indoor climbing frame, such as the AVDAR Rainbow Climber Set. It instantly transforms your existing activity gym into a cozy, imaginative playhouse.

Q: What material is the play tent cover made of, and is it machine washable?
A: The tent cover is made of durable, high-quality polyester. Yes, it is designed with busy parents in mind and is easy to clean. We recommend machine washing it on a gentle cycle with cold water and letting it air dry to maintain its shape and vibrant colors for years of play.

Q: Is it difficult to attach the play tent cover to the climbing frame?
A: No, installation is incredibly simple and fast. The cover is tailored to easily drape over and secure onto your AVDAR climbing frame without the need for tools. You can set up or take down the playhouse in just a few minutes, allowing your child to seamlessly switch between active climbing and quiet reading time.

Q: Can I return the play tent cover if I change my mind, and does it have a warranty?
A: Yes, we gladly accept "any reason" returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, the tent cover must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Furthermore, like all our premium products, this play tent cover is backed by our comprehensive 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can purchase with complete confidence.
