Shipping policy

Thank you for reviewing our shipping policy. AVDAR ships within the United States and internationally. Available shipping methods, prices, and delivery estimates depend on the destination, the products in the cart, shipping weight, package size, inventory location, and any destination restrictions. 1. Shipping Fees and Order Processing

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout in USD. The checkout result is based on the shipping group assigned to each product, the combined shipping weight within that group, the delivery address, and available inventory. Products from different shipping groups may generate separate shipping charges that are combined at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

2. USD 500 Free Shipping for Eligible Toys Only

When the cart subtotal is at least USD 500, threshold-based free shipping applies only to eligible physical products currently included in the AVDAR Toys collection.

• Products outside the Toys collection do not receive USD 500 threshold free shipping.
• For a mixed cart containing Toys and non-Toys products, eligible Toys items may receive free shipping, but non-Toys items remain subject to their normal shipping charges. The checkout total will therefore still include shipping for the non-Toys items.
• Digital products, draft or unpublished products, and items that do not require physical shipping are not part of this shipping offer.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded from threshold-based free shipping and use the applicable paid shipping rate.
• Orders or fulfillment groups over 100 kg require a manual shipping quote and are not covered by the automatic free-shipping threshold.

For eligible Toys items covered by this offer, the offer also covers applicable import duties, VAT, and related import fees. Duties, VAT, and fees for non-eligible items remain the customer’s responsibility unless AVDAR confirms otherwise in writing.

3. Shipping Within the United States

• When an item has available inventory in the Free Shipping warehouse, it ships free to eligible mainland U.S. destinations and other included U.S. territories.
• If the item is not available in the Free Shipping warehouse, the applicable paid shipping rate is calculated at checkout from the available fulfillment location.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico remain deliverable where a checkout rate is available, but they are not included in the warehouse-stock free-shipping rule or the USD 500 threshold offer.
• Estimated delivery time for eligible warehouse-stock orders is 3–10 business days after processing.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is calculated at checkout according to destination, product shipping group, package configuration, and shipping weight. Shipping weight may differ from product net weight because cartons and protective packaging affect the billable shipment.

For oversized wooden products and climbing frames assigned to our oversized shipping group, the Asia-Pacific rate bands are:

The Asia-Pacific group currently includes Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand. Rates for other products and destinations are shown at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times

Air Freight

• Asia-Pacific: 15–25 business days
• Other Regions: 20–25 business days

Sea Freight

• Asia-Pacific: 4–8 weeks
• Other Regions: 6–10 weeks

Transit estimates do not include order processing or customs-clearance delays. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping Availability and Manual Quotes

We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. If your country is not available, an item has no automatic rate, or a fulfillment group exceeds 100 kg, contact sales@avdar.co for a manual shipping quote. Do not complete payment until the shipping arrangement has been confirmed.

6. Customs and Import Duties

Except for eligible Toys items covered by the USD 500 offer described above, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, customs inspection charges, and other destination fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check local import requirements before placing an order.

7. Damages and Delivery Issues

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact sales@avdar.co as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

8. Holiday and Promotion Delays

Processing and transit times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, sales, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or other events outside AVDAR’s reasonable control.
