Thank you for reviewing our shipping policy. We offer shipping within the United States and worldwide, with different options depending on product availability and destination. Please read the details carefully before finalizing your order. If you have any questions, contact us at sales@avdar.co.

1. Shipping Fee And Order Processing Time

International pricing will vary by country and product. Shipping calculated rate based on the weight of your shipment and your country/zone for regular shipping. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding holidays. 

2. Worldwide Free Shipping for Toy Series Orders Over $500

For international orders, shipping is free for our Toy series when the total order value exceeds $500 USD. 

• This offer applies only to Toys collection.
• Orders below $500 USD will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Within the United States

• Free shipping is available for items stocked in the U.S.
• If a product is not available in the USA warehouse, please refer to the "Other Regions" section for shipping rates.
• Standard Delivery time: 3-10 business days.
• Exclusions: We do not ship to remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other remote U.S. territories. 

4. International Shipping (Rest of the World)

Shipping rates are categorized into three groups based on the size and weight of the product:

The delivery time will vary by country and region. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. These are the current shipping time estimates:

Air Freight:

• Asia-Pacific: 7-15 business days
• Other Regions: 10-25 business days
  (Customs clearance time not included)

Sea Freight:

• Asia-Pacific: 4-6 weeks
• Other Regions: 4-8 weeks
  (Customs clearance time not included)

5. Shipping Availability

We ship worldwide, except for remote or restricted areas.

• If your country is not listed at checkout or you see the message "Shipping is not available for your address", please contact us at sales@avdar.co for a custom shipping quote. 

6. Customs & Import Duties

• Import duties, VAT, and other fees are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

7. Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@avdar.co immediately for assistance.

8. Holiday & Special Offer Delays

• Processing and shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons, sales, or special promotions.
